We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand how returns and claims are handled.
Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must submit a claim within 4 weeks of receiving the product. If your package is lost in transit, claims must be made within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date.
If the issue is found to be due to our error, we will handle the return or replacement at no cost to you.
Return Address & Handling
By default, returned items are sent back to our designated facility. Once your return is received, you’ll get an automatic email notification.
- Unclaimed Returns: Items not claimed within 4 weeks will be donated to charity.
- If you do not use our facility address as the return destination, you will be responsible for handling and costs associated with any returned shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the courier deems it undeliverable, the package will be sent back to our facility.
In this case:
- You are responsible for the reshipment fee.
- Reshipping will occur only after we confirm your updated address.
Unclaimed Shipments
Packages that are not claimed and returned to our facility will require reshipment at your expense if you still want the item.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are customized or made to order. We reserve the right to deny returns for such items at our discretion.
